PlaylistPortThese terms apply to PlaylistPort distributed through Google Play, provided by Kaka Inc. Read them before using the app. If you disagree, stop using it; doing so does not remove any refund or other rights you have by law.
1. Service and license
PlaylistPort is a tool for transferring playlists between supported music services. We grant a limited, non-exclusive license to use the app under these terms and the store's rules. Current features, compatible devices, free allowances and paid options are described in the app version and purchase screen.
Recognition, playlist matching and file processing may be affected by source material, formats, regional catalogs and connected services. Review results and back up important files before batch editing or conversion.
2. Your content and responsibilities
You retain your rights in your content. Providing the tool does not give us ownership of your music, videos or playlists. Only process content you own or have permission to use. Do not infringe rights, bypass access restrictions, disrupt third-party services or break applicable laws.
Third-party services, catalogs, brands and materials belong to their respective rights holders. Compatibility or integration does not imply their endorsement.
3. Purchases, subscriptions and refunds
Google Play processes purchases; RevenueCat helps verify transactions and manage entitlements. Price, currency, billing interval, trial conditions and renewal terms are displayed by the store before purchase.
If you buy an automatically renewing subscription, manage cancellation in that store's subscription settings. Removing the app, revoking a music-service connection or deleting local data does not stop renewal. Cancellation normally affects future renewals; paid periods and refunds are handled under store rules and applicable law. Request refunds through the original purchase channel.
Entitlements do not automatically transfer between stores, platforms or apps unless the purchase offer explicitly says so. Restore purchases using the account that made them.
4. Connected services and privacy
When you connect music, storage or recognition services, their terms also govern your relationship with them. Providers may change APIs, catalogs or regional availability. We reasonably maintain compatibility but cannot guarantee that third-party services will never change.
This channel's privacy policy explains file processing, Firebase, RevenueCat and other relevant data uses. The absence of our own backend does not mean that third parties process no information.
5. Updates, restrictions and responsibility
We may fix issues, update features or change support. Material effects on purchased services will be notified and addressed as applicable rules require. For unlawful use or serious abuse, we may apply proportionate restrictions and explain the reason where feasible.
We provide the service with reasonable skill and care, but cannot guarantee that every file, match or third-party connection will always work correctly. Any disclaimer or limitation applies only to the extent permitted by law. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricts mandatory consumer rights.
6. Changes and disputes
Updates show a version and effective date on this page. Material changes requiring separate notice or consent will be handled accordingly. These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, without removing mandatory consumer protections that apply in your place of residence. Contact us first to resolve concerns; unresolved disputes may be brought before a legally competent authority.
